Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At Liorah, we want every order to feel right. If something is not working for you, here is how we handle it.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at liorah.shop@gmail.com with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
 
Refunds
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. All items are eligible for a refund as long as they meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and unwashed.
All original tags must be intact.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
 
To request a refund, email us at liorah.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and clear photographs of the item. We will get back to you within 2 to 3 business days.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
 
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, or in the event that an incorrect item was delivered to you. To request an exchange, email us at liorah.shop@gmail.com with your order number, the size you require, and clear photographs of the item received. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
