Shipping Policy
We want your Liorah order to reach you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery and DTDC. The carrier assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location within India. Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order on the respective courier website.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date at liorah@studio.com with your order details and photographs where applicable.
